And when the marketing is done, performing more generalized executive assistant work. This opportunity is not perfect for everyone. If you want to be micromanaged or like hanging around waiting for directions, we are not a good fit. We value productivity, but we measure productivity differently than most. We do not measure productivity in "how many hours did you work today?" or other conventional so-called measures of "productivity." We measure productivity by results. How much value did you contribute, which must be a multiple of what you expect to earn. We are contingency fee attorneys, which means we only get paid if we win. If you cannot read and write Spanish, this is not a position for you. You must be comfortable communicating in Spanish. We are a paperless office that uses Macs, so you must be comfortable using Mac computers and managing electronic documents with speed, accuracy, and precision. We are looking for someone who brings fanatical attention to detail, reliability, integrity, personal responsibility, and open, honest communication to work every day.
