Job Description:

We're hiring at Pemberton & Associates. Marketing & Growth Associate. Yarmouth, Maine. Hybrid. Zero to three years of experience. We're a second generation executive search and talent advisory firm entering a new chapter: refreshed brand, new website, a subscription talent intelligence platform, and an advisory practice in active build out. We need someone early in their career to help us grow. You'll run campaigns across , email, and the website. Build target lists. Support live searches in Loxo with research and candidate vetting. Coordinate the work that keeps everything moving. Background flexible, wiring is not. You finish things. You spot what needs doing before someone asks. You write well, learn fast, and have no ego about doing the work. We invest in our people. Direct mentorship from the partners, exposure to every part of the firm, and a real path to grow into recruiting, advisory, or marketing leadership.
