The successful applicant will become an integral part of the broader team and will have at least 4+ years' experience working in a similar role within a fast growing company. Position Responsibilities Working with senior management to plan and execute local and global B2B and B2C marketing strategies (omni-channel) to attract and retain new business Proactively manage and work across our digital domains, including websites, HubSpot, mobile app and social media channels Setup, optimise and manage digital marketing activity, utilising platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Meta, Outbrain and X Assist in the development of digital content, including videos, infographics, podcasts, landing pages and web pages Assist in producing engaging, optimised and on-brand copy to be used across the website, blog articles, email marketing and press releases Meet with and work with our local and global offices to provide marketing and communications support as required Manage and coordinate the marketing activity calendar Analyse and optimise marketing activity to produce monthly marketing reports, reviewed by the CEO Assist the events and people & culture on internal and external initiatives and campaigns About You 4+ years of experience in a marketing role Strong drive to learn and work in a fast paced, international business A passion for marketing, with proven experience delivering high performing digital and non-digital campaigns Strong strategic, written, and verbal communication skills Analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented Experienced using the HubSpot platform (or similar) and common digital and creative tools such as Google Ads/Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite (or similar), website CMS systems, Jira (or similar) and creative tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud Video
