Position Overview This is NOT just a social media position. We're looking for someone who understands both: Lead generation marketing AND Content creation / brandingThe ideal candidate can help generate qualified leads through digital marketing while also creating engaging content that strengthens our market presence.

You will play a major role in helping grow the company and increasing brand visibility throughout Eastern Iowa.

ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Lead Generation Manage and optimize: Google LSA Google PPC campaigns Retargeting campaigns Improve local SEO rankings and Google Maps presence Monitor lead volume, ad performance, and ROI Assist with direct mail and local marketing campaigns Help develop marketing strategies focused on generating qualified leads Website Management Maintain and update company website Edit service pages, landing pages, and promotional content Improve SEO and user experience Keep website content current and optimized for conversions Content Creation Capture and edit: Job site videos Before & after transformations Promotional videos Social media content Create short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc. Work alongside the sales and production teams to highlight projects and company culture

QualificationsPreferred Experience:

Google Ads / PPC Google LSA SEO and website optimization Video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.) Social media marketing Website editing (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)

Bonus Skills:
