MARKETING MANAGER ARCH
- Williamsport, PA 17701 Apply Overview Position Type First/Mid Level Officials and Manager Job Shift Full Time Education Level 4 Year Degree or equivalent experience Travel Percentage Negligible Apply Description This position is responsible to lead and direct marketing team members in the implementation of the marketing plan to drive strategic market growth of Brodart products and services for the achievement of corporate goals, including all web, ecommerce and print channels. Define and drive marketing strategies to achieve marketing plan goals through directing the creation, development and maintenance of engaging and intuitive content for all channels of customer communication consistent with branding and messaging strategies to include ongoing assessment of content, architecture, navigation, interactivity design and overall quality. Analyze market research and consumer trends for reporting. Collaborate with cross functional teams such as sales, service, and bids. Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services in the market. Oversee new product launch. Plan and implement marketing programs and campaigns, coordinate all efforts to create customer awareness and demand for Brodart products and services. Research, investigate and develop evolving technologies and methods to deliver, measure and/or analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Lead and direct marketing team members as necessary to implement and support the marketing plan, new business and new client development. P articipate in cross-functional problem-solving teams as required. Directly and indirectly supervise employees and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, delegating, assigning and directing work; administering company time and attendance policies, monitoring, coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Business Management, Master's Degree/MBA preferred. Proficiency in all aspects of marketing, research, product development/management, direct marketing, and segmentation. Five to seven years of experience in directing marketing programs with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and 1 -3 years of supervisory experience. Passionate interest in strategies linked to understanding customers and customer behavior; self-driven, analytical and creative problem solver, leader and team player, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong project management skills and excellent communication skills. Normal office environment, close and distant vision, using hands and fingers to handle and feel, talk and hear, sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 5-60 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Occasional travel as required to customers and company conventions that could include weekends.
