Job Description
Spyglass Corporate Services has an opening for a Marketing Manager based out of our Lake Forest location. We are looking for a versatile marketer with strong technical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management & SEO:
Serve as the webmaster, maintain site, implement SEO strategies using traditional and AI methods. Monitor site performance, analyze traffic metrics, and implement continual improvements to maximize visibility and engagement.Webinars & Virtual Events:
Structure, schedule, promote, and run webinars on Zoom or similar platforms. Develop promotional assets (email campaigns, landing pages, social posts) to drive registration and attendance. Oversee technical setup, dry‑runs, live production, and post‑event follow‑up.Presentation Support:
Company-wide resource for enhancing PowerPoint presentations drafted by teammates to ensure visual consistency and accuracy. Maintain branded templates and presentation guidelines.A/V & Multimedia:
Provide still photography and video production support and event documentation.Media Creation & Management:
Create and maintain a library of education on materials/videos for customer education and sales, including quick notes and white papers.LinkedIn Management:
Manage and coordinate LinkedIn for all companies including company content, social events and milestones, recruiting, and current events. Social media management and branding. Powerchats management and support during IPC. Marketing and linecard support. Manage online presence, company ratings, and reviews, (Indeed, Glassdoor, Google, etc)Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, business, or communications in a mid‑management role. BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA preferred. Excellent communication skills. Expertise in web development and site maintenance. Ability to meet tight deadlines. Expertise with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Premiere) and Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
