Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a versatile and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead, develop and maintain marketing initiatives / strategies, campaigns and branding assets for a dual role in both wholesale and retail marketing. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, enhancing customer relationships, while expanding and deepening our brand awareness / market presence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, leadership, and creative skills, with experience in project / campaign management and prior industry experience in cannabis marketing and/or branding. If you are motivated by challenges and have a proven track record in branding, marketing, and social media, we want to hear from you. Ability to Commute or Relocate to Atlantic City, NJ. Duties Manage creative productions, marketing assets, graphic design, video production, flyer / digital materials and web development. Manage and create content for all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, others) and influencing both the Agri-Kind NJ brand and product lines as well as High Rollers dispensary, Lounge, Club and Productions. Maintain and grow the Company brand books to align with branding roadmap / revisions and ensure coverage and integration of new products. Manage the design, procurement, and inventory management of all company swag and promotional items. Manage all CRM for retail companies and ensure regular outreach to customers via allowable contact methods. Develop marketing strategies for new and existing products. Develop packaging designs for new products in alignment with corporate branding Explore new markets and branding approaches to expand the customer base. Collaborate with the operations, sales team, and senior management team to create promotional and advertising campaigns that align with company and sales goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, new business opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Travel to locations to perform marketing assessments, popups, support product promotions, and long-term business relationships. Coordinate with vendors and external partners to execute marketing initiatives within budget and timeline constraints for events, sponsorships and collaborations. Oversee and plan the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, and presentations for overall branding, web content and events. Coordinate with management teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation activities. Build contact list for High Rollers Dispensary, Lounge, Club and Productions patrons Responsible for launching new products and campaigns, tracking their performance, and implementing enhancements through various marketing channels, including direct marketing, on-site pop-ups, social media, promotions, trade shows, and other advertising initiatives Experience Proven experience in Cannabis or Beverage applied marketing, branding, and/or creative role. 3+years of experience performing Facebook, Instagram, Linkedln and other social media promotions and ads. Website maintenance / social media experience, and creative development experience are a must. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing marketing team. Event management experience is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the cannabis industry.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
