  • Full-time Marketing Media Coordinator Mission Own and optimize organic social media, website accuracy, analytics, lead management, and media content.
Ensure a cohesive digital presence, grow engagement, support paid campaigns, guide customer journeys with aligned paid content, and support business events. Key Responsibilities Organic Social Media Develop quarterly content calendars aligned with paid campaigns and brand priorities. Create, schedule, and publish organic content across all brand platforms (minimum 4x/week/brand). Grow engagement and reach quarter-over-quarter. Ensure brand voice and consistency across all channels. Monitor/respond to comments and messages within 24 hours. Ensure organic, paid messaging, website, and email messaging are coordinated for unified storytelling and customer journeys. Stay current on platform trends, algorithms, and best practices. Monitor engagement, reach, and conversion performance, making optimization recommendations. Paid Media Support and coordinate paid media messaging content across all platforms to reinforce paid campaign goals. Partner with the Graphic Coordinator to create assets for approval. Stay current on platform trends, algorithms, and best practices. Website Maintenance Lead quarterly audits to ensure content is current, accurate, and aligned with active campaigns. Partner with the creative team to keep websites current and accurate. Submit updates promptly and verify changes are live. Ensure social and campaign messaging align with website content. Coordinate with web vendors or internal developers for technical updates as needed Analytics & Reporting Collect analytics weekly from all digital platforms. Deliver monthly reports by the 10th. Provide quarterly reports with insights and recommendations. Include lead analytics and performance data in all reporting. Media & Lead Management Develop and execute content strategies for blogs, articles, and PR opportunities. Collect lead data from paid and organic media sources. Enter and track leads in the CRM system. Build and support customer journeys with automated email campaigns. Research and recommend new tactics to strengthen media performance. Submit final assets for trafficking. Photo & Video Content Lead photo/video content gathering for campaigns and digital channels. Oversee shoot planning, shot lists, and file delivery to ensure timely campaign use Coordinate with Event Coordinator and Graphic Coordinator for additional capture support. Maintain an organized media library for ongoing use. Event & Webinar Support Promote company events and trade shows across digital channels. Collaborate with the Event Coordinator to ensure media coverage, pre-event promotion, and post-event recaps align with marketing objectives. Oversee photo/video coverage during/after events.
Key Skills Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Social Media Expertise:
Solid understanding of social strategy, algorithms, and best practices, with a strong personal social footprint.
Experience:
2-4 years in digital marketing, including at least 1 year managing social media accounts and ad campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Analytics & Optimization:
Skilled in targeting, conversion tracking, and A/B testing to measure and improve performance.
Tools & Platforms:
Working knowledge of CRM or marketing automation tools (ClickUp a plus). Proficient in Canva, Adobe, or similar creative platforms.
Content & Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate ideas into clear, actionable content.
Organization:
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and project coordination skills; capable of managing multiple brands and deadlines.
