Job Description
Marketing & Office Administrator Skills to include: Computer knowledge Marketing / Networking Quickbooks, Outlook, Word and Excel experience Accuracy and attention to detail Planning, prioritizing and organizing Maintain a high level of confidentiality Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to be flexible with seasonal demands and corresponding workload Duties include the following: Preparing marketing campaigns, including posting social media, advertising, promotions, special events and newsletters, etc Answer the phone in a friendly manner Help customers with questions, concerns and scheduling appointments Assist management and co-workers as necessary Order supplies for the office and the service department Receipt of customer payments and prepare bank deposits Open / close the New Holstein office
