The Marketing Operations Manager bridges the gap between B2B marketing strategy and go-to-market execution, ensuring day-to-day marketing initiatives are developed, deployed, and optimized to increase brand awareness, drive purchase intent, and increase sales revenue across specific customer segments and sales channels. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and working collaboratively with the sales team, this role oversees a team of four marketing professionals and is accountable for ensuring all marketing activities are aligned with strategy and contributing to annual revenue goals.Essential Functions:
Go-to-Market Execution Translate business and segment/sales channel objectives into prioritized, actionable marketing activities Determine resource allocation and marketing mix in alignment with revenue targets Establish and track KPIs, reporting progress against marketing and sales goals on a consistent cadence Utilize Zoho CRM to ensure marketing activities are delivering on objectives including brand equity, lead generation, and segment growth CRM, Marketing Automation & Technology Own, administer, and scale Zoho CRM and marketing automation platform to meet internal stakeholder needs Implement marketing automation best practices for lead generation and data capture Build and maintain reporting and analytics processes to evaluate performance and identify opportunity gaps Campaign Execution Develop segment and sales channel-specific marketing mix, managing campaigns and recurring marketing activities Build cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and campaign success Develop and maintain relationships with media, partners, and external teams to identify and act on campaign opportunities Continuously improve campaign workflows through automation, standardization, and performance reportingMarketing Channel Management CRM:
database management, lead generation activities, and marketing analyticsDigital:
email, live chat, lead generation, and social media Customer and partner marketing: trade shows, account-based marketing, sports properties, and external partnershipsMedia:
paid media placement, content development, and timeline managementRequired Experience:
2+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, sales support, customer marketing, marketing automation, or campaign development. 2+ years of direct people management experience within a marketing team, with demonstrated ability to develop team capabilities. Hands-on experience owning and administering a CRM platform; Zoho preferred. Demonstrated ability to translate high-level marketing strategy into actionable day-to-day execution. Strong digital marketing, analytical, and project management skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with segmentation strategies, customer journey mapping, and insight development Experience with budget management and general accounting practices Background in account-based marketing or partner/channel marketing programsLicenses/Certifications:
No specific licenses or certifications required Zoho CRM certification or equivalent marketing automation platform certification a plusPhysical Requirements & Conditions:
This position is primarily sedentary and performed in a standard office environment Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment for extended periods Occasional travel may be required for trade shows, partner visits, or company events Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in written form.Equal Opportunity:
