Job Description:

We're seeking a Project Manager tto support a dynamic in-house creative agency team. Our client, a creative agency built to serve enterprise needs, is located remotely and hiring on a Temp basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead project workflows and ensure timely delivery of creative campaigns. Westwood, MA Onsite M - Th (Friday remote) Contract to Nov '26 + extend

Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end execution of creative projects, ensuring deadlines, scope, and quality standards are met. Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including account management, creative leads, and production vendors. Manage detailed project schedules, tracking milestones and dependencies to guarantee on-time delivery. Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing clear updates and addressing issues proactively. Support intake validation and workflow setup activities to ensure projects are ready for execution.

Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience managing projects within creative, marketing, or agency settings. Proven ability to handle multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines. Strong understanding of creative production workflows across print and digital channels. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront, Wrike, or similar is preferred.
