Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through proactive account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct thorough product demos, highlighting features and benefits tailored to client needs, especially within technical sales sectors. Negotiate terms and close sales deals confidently, utilizing excellent communication and analysis skills to meet both client objectives and company targets. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including follow-up activities to maximize revenue opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, supporting sales strategies and proposals. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and improve outreach efforts. Skills Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
