The marketing / social media assistant is a highly motivated creative individual with experience and passion for connecting with current and future clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building and engaging our community on a daily basis. The ultimate goal is to turn followers into clients. An essential component is communicating the company's brand in a positive authentic way that will attract new business to our company. This position is responsible for creating deliberate and intentional social media strategies that will deliver results through authentic and paid advertising. The strategy will focus on building and growing brand awareness to create a positive online reputation. The social media funnel will cultivate leads that will convert into new clients and sales.

Qualifications:

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create relevant original high-quality content. Create a regular publishing schedule and Promote Content through social media advertising. Integrate all channels of marketing ( social media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, print, and digital marketing ). Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful. Proven ability to design social media campaigns that bring measurable results. Intuitively create and take risk. Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns on social media. Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows. research new concepts and ideas and propose them to the team. Schedule social media posts as per the marketing plan in collaboration with other departments. Create content that attracts the attention of the target audience on Facebook Instagram TikTok Twitter. Manage social media communication in a timely manner.
