In this role, you will collaborate with a team to launch digital marketing campaigns, coordinate and assist with company events, and optimize our internet presence (both for e-commerce and social media) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Your expertise will help us elevate our marketing strategies to increase sales. This full-time (in-person) position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in a family-owned business and enhance company culture. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns. Manage and optimize content across various platforms including social media channels, websites, and email marketing campaigns using content management systems like Constant Contact and Canva. Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze sales/profitability, and refine strategies for better results. Design engaging graphics and visual content with various tools like Canva, Constant Contact, Adobe to support marketing initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on marketing efforts, integrating advertising tools, and email marketing platforms for seamless campaign execution. Skills Proficiency in Canva (or equal) Strong knowledge of social media marketing tools and how to deploy content effectively. Basic graphic design principles to produce compelling visual content. Familiarity with web platforms management systems for website content updates. Understanding of marketing and analytics tools to track performance metrics. Strong collaboration skills with fellow teammates. Strong collaboration skills to work with vendors and customers. Proficiency with Constant Contact for email campaigns.

Pay:

$41,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
