Job Description

JSG is seeking an Email Marketing & CRM Specialist for our client in Thousand Oaks. The Specialist will be responsible for executing all email marketing campaigns and managing the CRM database to support their marketing initiatives. This role owns end-to-end email deployment, segmentation, and automation, with a strong emphasis on improving and maintaining email deliverability and sender reputation. On-Site I Salary $85-$100
K Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Management:
Lead end-to-end execution of email campaigns, including creation, testing, scheduling, and deployment, ensuring all content is accurate, targeted, and visually optimized across devices and platforms.
CRM & Audience Segmentation:
Maintain and refine our CRM database, leveraging customer data to build meaningful audience segments based on behaviors, demographics, and engagement patterns. Drive database growth and data quality improvements.
Marketing Automation:
Design and implement automated customer journeys, employing segmentation and behavioral triggers to enhance engagement and conversion rates. Optimize workflows for maximum effectiveness.
Deliverability & Platform Management:
Oversee daily email platform activities, monitor and improve email deliverability, manage email templates, ensure compliance with email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and troubleshoot delivery issues swiftly.
Performance Analytics:
Track key metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversions, and bounces. Perform A/B testing, utilize analytics tools, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
3-6 years of proven experience in email marketing, CRM, or marketing operations. Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or Mailchimp. Strong understanding of audience segmentation, list management, and email best practices with a focus on deliverability and sender reputation. Familiarity with diagnostics and deliverability tools like Litmus, Email on Acid, or GlockApps. Experience managing contact databases within CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zoho. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or equivalent experience preferred. Proficiency with basic design tools such as Canva is a plus.
