As a member of the marketing team, you'll assist the marketing manager, broker, and real estate agents with utilizing our in-house Matterport camera to scan properties, fly a drone, and assist the office with transaction coordination. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

Use our in-house Matterport camera to photograph and scan all of our real estate properties Fly a drone to capture video and still photography Support the agents with on-site marketing Support the broker in managing marketing and the transaction process Learn how to leverage AI to create photos and videos FAA Drone license preferred but not required

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related majors Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills Advanced knowledge of current market trends Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity A valid Real Estate License is required for this job About Company Monticello Real Estate is a boutique residential real estate firm with offices in Colonie and Saratoga Springs.
