We are currently forming our U.S. team in Los Angeles, focusing on building AI-native products that integrate LLMs, automation, and data pipelines into real-world marketing workflows. This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with the founding team and contribute to product development from an early stage. Role Overview We are seeking a Business Development Manager with deep experience in digital advertising, particularly across Amazon, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok. You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with top-tier brands, helping them leverage multi-platform advertising solutions to drive growth. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role with significant upside for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities with major U.S. brands and their agencies, building a robust pipeline of enterprise-level clients. Leverage existing relationships within the brand/agency ecosystem to accelerate client acquisition and revenue growth. Lead the full sales cycle:
prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with C-suite and senior marketing decision-makers. Develop and execute strategic partnership plans with key brands across categories (CPG, Electronics, Beauty, Fashion, Home, etc.). Advise brand clients on omni-channel advertising strategies across Amazon, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search/YouTube/Display), and TikTok (including TikTok Shop), optimizing budget allocation for maximum ROI. Collaborate with internal teams (advertising operations, creative, analytics) to design customized multi-platform advertising solutions (Amazon, Meta, Google, TikTok) for clients. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences (e.g., Amazon unBoxed, Meta Performance Marketing Summit, Google Marketing Live, Shoptalk, CES) to expand brand awareness and network. Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to leadership, helping shape go-to-market strategy for the U.S. market. Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Required Qualifications 5+ years of business development, sales, or partnership experience in digital advertising, with a focus on one or more of the following platforms: Amazon, Meta, Google, or TikTok. Demonstrated experience working with or selling to major brand clients (Fortune 500 or equivalent scale preferred). Deep understanding of major advertising platforms, including but not limited to: Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, DSP, AMC), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, Advantage+), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), and TikTok Ads (Spark Ads, TopView, TikTok Shop Ads). Established network of contacts within the brand, agency, or digital advertising community. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets of $1M+ annually. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate complex advertising solutions into clear business value propositions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience at Amazon Ads, Meta, Google, TikTok, a top digital advertising agency (e.g., Pacvue, Tinuiti, Quartile, GroupM, Dentsu), or a major 4A agency's performance marketing division. Experience managing enterprise brand accounts with annual ad spend of $500K+ across multiple platforms. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $180,000 (commensurate with experience and client portfolio). Performance bonus and commission structure with uncapped earning potential.
