About the Role We're looking for a detail-driven, execution-focused Ad Operations Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of digital advertising campaigns across our platform. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the center of our revenue engine. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Product, and Marketing to launch, optimize, and report on campaigns that drive real performance. You'll also serve as a key point of contact for our advertisers, including some of the most recognizable global brands, helping manage relationships, communicate campaign performance, and ensure every partner has a best-in-class experience. What You'll OwnCampaign Execution & Trafficking Own full campaign lifecycle: setup, trafficking, QA, launch, and delivery Execute across display, native, email, mobile, and custom ad formats Ensure flawless implementation of creatives, tracking pixels, UTMs, and targeting Deliver campaigns on time and aligned with IO requirements Performance Monitoring & Optimization Monitor campaign pacing and performance daily Proactively optimize campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs (CTR, CPM efficiency, conversions) Identify and resolve delivery issues quickly and effectively Reporting & Insights Deliver weekly and post-campaign performance reports Translate campaign data into clear, actionable insights that support renewals and upsells Partner with Sales on client-facing reporting and performance narratives Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a key point of contact for advertisers, ensuring a seamless campaign experience Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, Product, and Marketing teams Maintain strong communication across internal and external stakeholders Custom Ad Formats & Product Support Support execution of high-impact, custom, and native ad experiences Contribute to the development and rollout of new advertising products Assist with ad copy, messaging, and creative alignment when needed Inventory & Revenue Optimization Manage and optimize ad inventory to improve fill rates and yield Support packaging and go-to-market execution for new ad offerings AI & Automation (Growth Opportunity) Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, automation workflows) to streamline operations Improve efficiency in campaign setup, QA, reporting, and optimization Identify scalable solutions to enhance speed, accuracy, and output What We're Looking For 2-3+ years of experience in Ad Operations or Digital Advertising Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (required) Strong understanding of CPM, CTR, pacing, and campaign delivery Experience with custom or native ad formats is a plus Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, lean team environment Strong sense of ownership—you manage campaigns end-to-end
Compensation & Details Salary:
$55,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience)Location:
