Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an E-Commerce, Marketplace & Digital Advertising Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and growth of our Shopify stores, Amazon Seller Central accounts, and additional marketplace channels. This role combines e-commerce operations, Shopify management, marketplace growth, digital advertising, Amazon advertising, digital merchandising, and website optimization. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys both strategy and execution and can take ownership of projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our external marketing agency, helping identify opportunities, implement improvements, resolve issues, and ensure all digital channels are operating efficiently and effectively for both Munchster and Toniko. This is a hands-on role with significant visibility and influence. The successful candidate will help shape the digital growth strategy for two emerging consumer brands as they expand nationally.
SHOPIFY & WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
Manage and optimize Shopify storefronts Upload and maintain products, variants, bundles, subscriptions, and promotional offers Create and update product pages, landing pages, and collections Ensure product information, images, pricing, and merchandising are accurate and optimized Improve website navigation, user experience, and conversion rates Manage Shopify apps, integrations, and operational workflows Support product launches and promotional campaigns Manage website merchandising, promotions, and product placement to improve conversion rates and average order value
DIGITAL ADVERTISING & WEBSITE OPTIMIZATION
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms Partner with our external marketing agency while maintaining ownership of campaign performance, reporting, and execution priorities Monitor campaign performance and key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates Identify opportunities to improve audience targeting, creative performance, and overall advertising effectiveness Optimize landing pages and conversion-focused website experiences Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives Develop advertising briefs, creative requests, and campaign recommendations
MARKETING AGENCY COORDINATION
Serve as the primary point of contact between the brands and our external marketing agency Communicate website, digital advertising, merchandising, and growth priorities Identify issues, opportunities, and improvements and coordinate implementation Review agency recommendations and ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
AMAZON SELLER CENTRAL MANAGEMENT
Manage Amazon product listings and catalog structure Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ Content Build and maintain Amazon Brand Storefronts Monitor listing health, account health, and inventory status Improve product visibility, conversion rates, and overall marketplace performance
AMAZON ADVERTISING
Set up, launch, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns Conduct keyword and audience research to improve campaign performance Monitor ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics Make ongoing optimizations to improve advertising efficiency and sales growth
MARKETPLACE MANAGEMENT
Manage listings across TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, and future channels Create, update, and optimize marketplace product listings Ensure consistent branding across all platforms Support marketplace launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
ANALYTICS & REPORTING
Track sales performance across Shopify, Amazon, and marketplace channels Monitor website traffic, advertising performance, conversion rates, customer behavior, and key KPIs Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports Make recommendations based on data and performance trends
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Experience managing Shopify stores Experience with Amazon Seller Central Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns Experience with paid digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or Google Ads Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Preferred Experience with TikTok Shop and Walmart Marketplace Experience with food, beverage, snack, CPG, wellness, or consumer brands Experience working with external marketing agencies Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and advertising reporting tools
COMPENSATION
$60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience 1099 Contractor Position Opportunity for performance-based bonuses as the brands continue to grow Significant opportunity for advancement as Munchster and Toniko expand nationally On-site in Weston, Florida Significant opportunity for advancement as Munchster and Toniko continue to expand nationally High-impact role with direct influence on brand growth, customer acquisition, and digital strategy
