Job Description

Responsibilities:
Handles the logistics for events & promotions, gifts pickups and Slot & Bj Tournaments set-up and breakdown. Assists with all décor such as Balloon Columns & centerpieces Trains, schedules and coaches event/promotion associates. Occasional cash handling. Must receive cash handling instructions and abide by property cash handling policies and procedures. Assists patrons in requests for assistance, services, and information in a courteous, respectful manner. Provides superior guest service to all guests. Educates customers on upcoming promotions and events. Maintains knowledge of property information, including memorabilia. Upholds the Mission Statement - We create authentic experiences that rock. Represents Hard Rock Biloxi in the most positive manner with guests, co-workers, managers, and vendors. Lives by the Hard Rock Values!

Must possess leadership skills. Must possess excellent organizational skills. Must be very detailed oriented. Must project a professional and positive image. Must have a high level of energy Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to deal with people in a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all Hard Rockers and guests. Ability to understand and promulgate written memos, instructions, regulations.
