E-Commerce Marketplace & Paid Advertising Manager BeachToBLVD.com Tierra Verde, FL Job Details Part-time From $22 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Social media advertising Data reporting Fashion retail E-commerce Facebook Paid search marketing Campaign performance reporting Analytics Paid search advertising campaigns Full Job Description E-Commerce Marketplace & Paid Advertising Specialist About Us We're a fast-growing e-commerce retailer specializing in premium resort wear and lifestyle brands (Tommy Bahama, Olukai, Birkenstock, Ray-Ban). We launched a few months ago, have over 1,500 products listed, and 90% of our revenue is currently driven through eBay with proven demand and solid operations behind us. We're now building out our marketing and marketplace team. Our Shopify store and TikTok presence are being improved, and what we need is someone to own our paid advertising and lead our expansion onto every major marketplace where our customers shop. What You'll Be Responsible For 1. Paid Advertising (Google, Meta) Launch and manage Google Shopping campaigns — this is the primary focus, highest intent buyers Set up and run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads for retargeting and cold traffic acquisition Test and manage Pinterest advertising Target and maintain a 4:1+ ROAS Scale what works, cut what doesn't Build audience segments and lookalike audiences Deliver weekly performance reports with clear next steps 2. eBay Listing Support Help manage, optimize, and maintain our existing eBay catalog Improve listing quality — titles, descriptions, categories, pricing strategy Monitor performance and identify opportunities to increase sales velocity 3. Marketplace Expansion Lead our expansion onto Walmart.com, Amazon, and any other relevant platforms Set up accounts, listings, and fulfillment workflows on each platform Ensure consistency across marketplaces in pricing, content, and branding Stay ahead of platform-specific best practices and algorithm changes
What We're Looking For Required:
Hands-on experience managing Google Shopping campaigns with measurable ROAS results Experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads with conversion tracking and retargeting Familiarity with eBay as a selling platform — listing optimization, catalog management Experience launching or managing storefronts on Amazon and/or Walmart Marketplace Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with data, reporting, and iterating based on results Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Preferred:
Experience with fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brand e-commerce Pinterest Ads experience Basic design skills for ad creative (Canva, Figma, or similar) Familiarity with feed management tools (DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics, etc.) What We Offer $22/hour with opportunity for performance bonuses as revenue scales Part-time to start (20-30 hours/week), with a clear path to full-time Hybrid schedule — 2-3 days in Tierra Verde, rest remote Flexible hours — we care about results, not rigid schedules Direct access to the founder — fast decisions, no red tape Ground floor opportunity with real autonomy and room to grow
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour Application Question(s): Walk us through a Google Shopping campaign you've managed : what was the ROAS when you started vs. when you finished, and what drove the improvement? What marketplaces have you launched or managed storefronts on? Walk us through the process you follow when setting up a new platform. We do 90% of our sales on eBay. What would you look at first to improve our listing performance there? How would you structure your first 30 days in this role and what would you prioritize and why?
