Responsibilities:
Registration Strategy and Performance:
Own end-to-end registration strategy for .NEXT, including goal setting, pacing, and performance tracking. Develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive attendee acquisition across key audiences (customers, prospects, partners). Monitor registration trends and optimize tactics in real-time to ensure goals are met.
Promotions and Campaign Execution:
Build and manage multi-channel promotional plans (email, paid media, social, web, partner channels). Partner with digital marketing and demand generation teams to execute high-performing campaigns. Oversee messaging, segmentation, and timing to maximize conversion and engagement.
Data and Optimization:
Analyze campaign performance, registration data, and funnel metrics to inform strategy. Conduct A/B testing on messaging, offers, and channels to improve conversion rates. Deliver regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, with clear recommendations for optimization. Own and execute an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy to drive targeted registration for .NEXT, partnering with sales to identify priority accounts and personas, and delivering tailored attendee journeys, messaging, and offers to maximize conversion and pipeline impact. Leverage segmentation within Marketo and Salesforce (SFDC) to build dynamic, data-driven audiences and personalized registration experiences, while tracking performance and optimizing campaigns based on attribution, engagement, and ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with marketing, sales, field teams, and external agencies to amplify reach. Align with content and programming teams to leverage key announcements and speakers as promotional drivers. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure a seamless registration experience.
Audience Growth and Innovation:
Identify new channels, partnerships, and tactics to expand audience reach. Develop creative promotional concepts that differentiate .NEXT and drive urgency to register. Stay current on event marketing trends and continuously bring new ideas to the table.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in event marketing, demand generation, or registration strategy for large-scale events (1,000+ attendees preferred). Proven track record of driving registration growth through strategic promotions and campaigns. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and optimize performance. Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, social, web). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) preferred. Achieves or exceeds registration targets for .NEXT. Delivers measurable improvements in conversion rates and campaign performance. Brings innovative, high-impact promotional strategies that elevate event visibility and attendance. Builds strong cross-functional partnerships that amplify reach and execution.
