JOB SUMMARY
We're hiring for a Senior E-Retail Advertising Manager to own advertising execution across our portfolio of brands on retail media platforms, mainly Amazon. This person will be an advertising expert who can tell the story of success behind tactical and media strategies that align with client goals. This is a fast-paced environment where independent judgment and strong collaboration matter.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Planning - Develop, lead & execute comprehensive retail media advertising strategies to achieve client goals, including revenue and efficiency goals. Critical thinking will be needed to translate client objectives into strategies, tactical plans, and KPI forecasting. Campaign Management - End-to-end campaign management across Amazon and other retail media networks. Using 3P tools such as Xnurta, Pacvue, Criteo, etc. Optimization & Analysis - Analyze data sets to uncover optimizations, scale strategies, and be proactive. Point of Contact - In some instances, serving as the main advertising contact for your clients. Regularly presenting performance data, new strategies, and leading overall e-retail initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with the Head of Advertising, account management & Pitted executives to align strategy across broader initiatives for your brands. Industry Expertise - Staying up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and current e-retail events that allow you to further develop your skillset at Pitted Labs and for your clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing retail media advertising campaigns, preferably in-house or with an agency Proven success managing & optimizing campaigns with clear, measurable results. Strong familiarity with Amazon platforms and proficiency with ad tech tools (Xnurta, Pacvue, Criteo, ETC) Highly analytical, with strong data interpretation and Excel skills, and a data-driven approach to decision making. Experience managing budgets, forecasting, developing, and meeting KPI goals. Exceptional client communication skills, with the ability to clearly present strategic insights and performance results.
