The Manager of Health Promotion leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of health education and coaching programs that support population health goals and improve member outcomes. This role oversees program operations, team performance, and strategic initiatives focused on health behavior change, member engagement, preventive care, and reducing health disparities. Working closely with clinical and operational leaders, the Manager ensures evidence-based coaching programs are effectively delivered, performance goals are achieved, and continuous improvement efforts are driven through data-informed decision-making. This position also provides leadership, coaching, and professional development to health educators while serving as a subject-matter expert in health promotion and behavior-change strategies. Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Education, Health Promotion, Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Health Administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience in health promotion, wellness, health education, care management, or related programs 2+ years of leadership experience managing health educators, coaches, or similar teams Knowledge of health behavior change principles and evidence-based coaching methodologies, including motivational interviewing and SMART goal setting Experience using data and performance metrics to drive engagement, outcomes, and continuous improvement Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools such as Power BI or similar platforms
