For over 15 years, World Crawl Entertainment has produced and promoted some of the most exciting nightlife experiences in Las Vegas. As we continue to grow, we are bringing the same energy to Downtown San Antonio with an exciting new weekly Latin nightlife experience featuring live bands, an open bar, DJs, and unforgettable entertainment every Friday and Saturday night. We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Promotions Manager to lead this exciting venue and establish World Crawl as one of San Antonio's premier nightlife experiences.
About the role:
As our promotions manager, you'll be responsible for building, managing, and motivating a team of promoters while growing attendance and ensuring that every event is a success!
Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of nightlife promoters
  • Build and maintain relationships within the organization
  • Increase guest attendance and VIP reservations
  • Manage promotions schedule and performance
  • Work closely with venue management to execute successful events
  • Handle reports
  • Maintain a fun, energetic, and professional team culture
Qualifications:
  • Leadership or management experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the nightlife, hospitality, events, promotions, or sales is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable recruiting and leading a team
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Available to work Friday and Saturday nights What we offer:
