TC/MANAGER - ADVERTISING

Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

Manages and implements all marketing related communications, print/media, and collateral management. Supports all department media campaigns by tracking, reporting, and recording results of marketing initiatives. Provides detailed precision in all media.

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate's Degree from an accredited college preferred. Four years of experience in a marketing, agency or and/or design environment may be considered in lieu of degree.

SKILLS:

Must display high level accuracy and attention to detail taking direction from campaign briefs. (Test required) Excellent math and analytical skills. (Test required)

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of four (4) years management experience working in a marketing and design environment. Minimum of four (4) years of experience with online marketing, advertising, and communications with an emphasis on digital marketing. Minimum of two (2) years media purchasing experience. Minimum of two (2) years experience working in a creative processing environment with a preferred emphasis on advertising collateral. Working knowledge of both traditional and digital advertising including how to plan, execute and evaluate performance across each channel preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Must be 21 years or older. Keen understanding of relevant cultural and advertising trends. Must be flexible to work at all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Bingo. Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit. Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays. Must have a Successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
