PrintWest is an established full-service commercial printing company based in Woodinville, WQ. We provide high-quality digital and offset printing, finishing, mailing, and fulfillment services to clients across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. We're excited to expand into promotional products to offer our clients complete, one-stop branding and marketing solutions. As we grow this new division, we're looking for a knowledgeable and organized professional to help integrate promotional merchandise into our existing client base and operations. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Promotional Products Specialist with proven hands-on experience usingASI (ESP+) or SAGE platforms. In this role, you will support our established sales team by identifying promotional product opportunities, providing expert recommendations, and managing projects from initial estimating and quoting through production, quality control, fulfillment, and delivery. You will serve as the go-to expert for promotional merchandise, helping drive revenue growth while ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys both sales support and hands-on project management, and wants to play a key role in building a new promotional products line within a stable, growing printing company. Key Responsibilities Partner with the existing sales team to uncover promotional product needs within our current client base and new prospects, offering creative, cost-effective solutions that complement our printing and fulfillment services. Utilize ASI or SAGE software daily for product research, sourcing, order entry, tracking, supplier communication, and project management. Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, presentations, and proposals for branded promotional items (apparel, drinkware, tech accessories, trade show giveaways, etc.).
Manage the full project lifecycle:
artwork approval, decoration methods (screen printing, embroidery, engraving, etc.), production coordination (leveraging in-house printing capabilities where possible), quality assurance, and timely fulfillment/shipping. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, decorators, and vendors to secure competitive pricing and reliable turnaround times. Ensure all orders are processed efficiently, issues are resolved quickly, and clients receive outstanding service. Track project status, update internal systems, and provide regular reporting on promotional products sales and margins. Stay current on industry trends, new products, decoration techniques, and best practices in the promotional products space. Identify cross-selling opportunities between promotional products, printing, mailing, and fulfillment services. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of direct experience in the promotional products industry (distributor side preferred). Proficiency with ASI (ESP+) or SAGE order management and product research platforms is required. Strong knowledge of promotional products, sourcing, pricing, and common decoration methods. Experience supporting sales teams, managing client projects, and handling estimates-to-completion workflows. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and comfortable learning internal systems. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Knowledge of commercial printing and fulfillment processes is a big plus. Self-motivated team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment. Base salary:
$45,000-$55,000 (salaried non-exempt with overtime eligibility) + % of gross profit on promotional product sales supported (after standard split with account executive).
