Job Description

PurO3, a local manufacturer and leading supplier of natural health products, is looking for a driven, creative, and hands-on Marketing Professional who thrives on bringing ideas to life and building a brand people genuinely connect with. This role goes beyond analyzing metrics - it's about telling compelling stories, producing meaningful content, and shaping how customers engage with our brand across every channel, while continuously improving performance. You'll take full ownership of marketing efforts for both PurO3 and its sister brand, Promolife—developing strategies aligned with business goals and executing them from concept to completion. This is a hands-on role focused on doing the work, not just managing it, a position ideal for someone who thrives in a small business environment. This is not an entry-level position; we're looking for someone with proven experience who can lead and execute with minimal oversight from day one. This is a full-time, in-person role in a fast-paced, collaborative setting that values adaptability, creativity, and innovation. An interest in natural health and personal care is a strong advantage. What You'll Own
  • Lead and execute marketing initiatives for both PurO3 and Promolife across all relevant platforms.
  • Develop and manage a strategic marketing calendar aligned with product launches, seasonal trends, and top-performing products.
  • Oversee and allocate the marketing budget effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and coordinate with external partners.
  • Use analytics and performance data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Create and grow organic social media with content that educates, inspires, and builds community engagement.
  • Design all marketing visuals and graphics.
  • Develop marketing funnels that guide customers through a clear and engaging journey.
  • Execute email campaigns in Klaviyo, emphasizing storytelling, education and engagement.
  • Maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice across all channels (website, ads, email, social media).
  • Identify and build relationships with aligned influencers and content creators in the natural health domain.
  • Support Amazon marketing efforts, including listings, visuals, and brand presentation. What We're Looking For
  • An experienced professional with a strong eye for branding, messaging, and visual storytelling.
  • A business leader, able to fully own our marketing efforts.
  • Experience with social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Amazon marketing and store management.
  • Proficiency with tools such as AI, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and content creation platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to move quickly from idea to execution. What We Offer
