Job Description:
We're hiring our first Phoenix-based Head of Community at Domus.
Looking for one specific person:
? 5+ years as a community manager at a big AZ shop - FirstService, RealManage, AAM, City Property, Brown, CCMC ? PCAM, CMCA, or AMS designation ? Has sent thousands of violation notices, sat through hundreds of board meetings, and watched the software fail in real time ? Knows which boards are reasonable, which are litigious, and which presidents actually pick up the phone You're tired of the corporate PM grind and want to build something that fixes the part of this industry that's actually broken: the enforcement process.
What Domus is:
AI-native HOA compliance software, Arizona-first. Statute-checked notices (§33-1808, §33-1816, §36-1681). Full audit trails. Dispute paths built in. We're closing pilot communities now.
The role:
Founder-adjacent, not a sales seat. You turn AZ boards into pilot customers. WFH from Phoenix with 3 days/wk in front of boards.
Comp:
