Right now our pipeline runs on a single channel and a lot of guesswork. We're looking for a marketer who can take full responsibility for how Wve Labs finds, attracts, and converts the right clients — strategy, execution, and results, all in one seat.
ABOUT WVE LABS
Wve Labs is an AI-powered app and product development agency serving businesses across Southern California. We build modern digital products for companies that want to move fast and stand out. We're at the stage where demand generation needs to become a real, measurable system rather than a series of one-off efforts — and this role is how we get there.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Twelve months in, you'll have built a growth engine we can actually trust: a clearly defined ideal customer profile, conversion tracking and attribution that tell us what's working, a healthy flow of qualified leads, and channels that reach beyond a single directory. You'll work hand-in-hand with our sales and leadership teams from our Costa Mesa office, and you'll own the number — not just the activity behind it.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
  • Strategy and hands-on execution across SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads — from keyword and audience strategy through to live campaign management
  • Our ideal customer profile and positioning, so targeting stops attracting tire-kickers and starts attracting fit
  • Conversion tracking, analytics, and attribution — standing up the measurement layer so we optimize for clients, not clicks
  • Inbound lead quality and conversion rates, partnering closely with sales on speed-to-lead and follow-up
  • Channel diversification beyond paid directories, so we're not dependent on any single source of pipeline
  • The marketing budget and any external execution support, holding all of it to measurable outcomes
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
  • 5+ years of full-funnel digital marketing, with hands-on ownership of paid search, paid social (LinkedIn), and SEO
  • A track record of improving lead quality and conversion, not only traffic or impressions
  • Fluency with analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution tools, and comfort setting them up yourself
  • Able to work on-site in Costa Mesa, CA, collaborating daily with sales and leadership
Preferred:
  • Background in a B2B services business or agency
  • Experience marketing technical or AI-driven products
  • Hands-on with a CRM and marketing automation
  • Experience directing external or offshore execution teams
COMPENSATION
$135,000
  • 175,000 base salary, plus a 15-20% performance bonus tied to pipeline volume and lead quality.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Costa Mesa, CA headquarters.
