This position will be the go-to-market captain — responsible for aligning brand, growth, product marketing, and all customer touch points into one cohesive, measurable motion by driving integrated campaigns, ensure seamless coordination across teams, and turn strategic vision into high-impact execution. Key Responsibilities Go-To-Market Orchestration and Management Lead cross-functional GTM planning, launch readiness, and post-launch performance reviews. Coordinate campaigns across paid media, web, social, CRM, PR, community engagement and partnerships, hosted events, and sponsorships. Define success metrics and drive accountability for awareness, engagement, and conversion. Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team with clear responsibilities, KPIs, and professional growth paths. Ensure consistent messaging across owned, earned, and paid channels. Other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree. 15+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally across high-growth, premium consumer brands. 7+ years in a supervisory or management role Experienced in building a high-functioning marketing org from scratch to fit organizational needs. Proven experience leading integrated GTM campaigns with measurable business impact. Strong strategic and operational mindset — able to zoom out on brand vision and zoom in on execution details. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of cross-functional influence. Data-driven decision-maker with deep understanding of digital channels, lifecycle marketing, and brand storytelling.
Education and Experience Preferred:
MBA or Master's in marketing.
