Job Description:

We are partnered with a profitable high growth consumer brand backed by a team that has built and scaled multiple eight figure products across DTC, marketplaces, and retail. This is a bootstrapped operator led business. Lean team, fast moving, and focused on building real brands with strong unit economics, not growth at all costs. They have repeatedly taken products from concept to exit and are now hiring a Head of Growth to own and accelerate the next phase of their newest brand. The Role This is a hands on leadership role for someone who understands how to drive revenue through performance, conversion, and experimentation. Not someone who just manages agencies or reports on metrics. You will own the DTC engine end to end and play a key role in scaling efficiently while improving contribution margin. What You Will Own Full funnel DTC growth across acquisition, onsite, and conversion CAC, LTV, payback periods, and overall unit economics Paid social performance with a strong focus on Meta and high spend environments CRO across landing pages, PDPs, and the full customer journey Offer strategy, pricing tests, and funnel optimization Building and leading a high performing growth and creative team Driving a culture of rapid testing, iteration, and accountability What We Are Looking For Experience scaling DTC or ecommerce brands ideally in the ten to one hundred million range Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and cohort analysis Strong performance marketing background with Meta expertise Hands on experience with CRO, landing pages, and funnel optimization Proven ability to build and lead teams across growth, creative, and analytics Operator mindset with comfort owning both strategy and execution Why This Role Profitable business with real traction Leadership team with a repeatable track record of building and scaling brands High ownership and visibility into the full business Lean team and fast decision making Opportunity to build and scale a true growth engine
