Full-Time About Bluejay Bluejay is a high-growth AI infrastructure company hiring its founding GTM hire to build and own the entire outbound and demand generation engine from zero. This is a full-ownership role working directly with the founders to define GTM strategy and execute growth initiatives across enterprise and AI-native customers. About the Role This is not a role with inherited playbooks or predefined systems. You will design, build, and own the entire outbound and demand generation motion from scratch — treating outbound as a product with continuous testing, measurement, and iteration. What You'll Own Own outbound and pipeline generation across email, LinkedIn, events, and enterprise segmentation Design and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies targeting enterprise and AI-native companies Build scalable lead generation systems using AI-native tools and automation Develop outbound as a product with continuous testing, measurement, and iteration Own inbound channels and improve content distribution across social, written, and ecosystem platforms Create and manage AI-driven GTM workflows to improve pipeline velocity Work directly with founders to define GTM strategy and execute growth initiatives Participate in conferences, events, and in-person networking to drive pipeline and brand presence Build partnerships across the ecosystem to expand reach and credibility Translate product wins and customer success into scalable growth leverage Requirements 3+ years of GTM experience with proven, measurable demand generation results Strong experience with AI-native GTM tooling such as Clay, Apollo, HeyReach, or similar Data-driven and creative approach to outbound and growth strategy Ability to build systems from scratch in a zero-to-one environment Strong communication skills with ability to engage enterprise stakeholders Comfortable operating in high-ownership, fast-paced environments Ability to work onsite full-time in San Francisco (relocation required if not local) Nice to Have Experience building growth systems from zero at a startup Background in AI, customer experience, or enterprise GTM Existing network in enterprise or AI ecosystem This Role Is NOT For Candidates with less than 3 years of GTM experience Single-channel GTM experience only Those who are not AI-native in their workflow or tooling Candidates who require structured environments or predefined playbooks Logistics Role is fully onsite in San Francisco — relocation required if not local Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by David Joseph & Co. , the recruiting partner managing this search on behalf of Bluejay.
