Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Marketing to lead our organization's marketing strategy and drive brand growth across multiple channels. In this pivotal role, you will craft innovative marketing initiatives, oversee digital and traditional campaigns, and foster a data-driven approach to achieve measurable results. Your leadership will inspire teams, elevate our market presence, and ensure our messaging resonates powerfully with diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities Brand Growth & Strategy:
Develop and implement cohesive marketing plans to increase market share, brand awareness, and revenue, particularly for multi-unit franchise locations.
Performance Marketing:
Execute digital strategies (SEO/SEM, social media, local listing management) to increase high-intent traffic.
Franchise Support & Growth:
Execute campaigns for lead sourcing to attract new franchisees and create marketing playbooks for local franchisee success.
Marketing Operations:
Manage the marketing budget, media relationships, and analyze market trends and KPIs to calculate ROI.
Marketing Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and hire marketing professionals. Betts Recruiting +4
Required Qualifications & Skills Experience:
10+ years in marketing, with 5+ years in a franchise environment (QSR or fast-casual preferred).
Proven Track Record:
Experience scaling brands (e.g., 50 to 200+ units).
Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to track KPIs and use data to deploy recovery plans.
Leadership:
Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience presenting to boards or executive leadership.
Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and SEO/SEM. Workable +1

Mindset:

Experience Proven experience in senior marketing roles with a strong background in digital marketing, performance marketing, and multichannel strategies. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation alongside technical skills in WordPress, HTML coding, and email marketing platforms. Demonstrated success managing large-scale campaigns across e-commerce environments or B2B sectors with measurable results. Strong leadership skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments while fostering collaboration and innovation. Familiarity with budgeting processes, research methodologies, copywriting standards, and product management principles related to marketing initiatives. Pay:
$80,624.73 - $110,000.00 per year
