Job Description

Do you want to work with 7 figure (even 8 figure) DTC brands? Do you want to take companies from the high 6 figures into the 7 figure range? Do you want the ability to literally change people's lives and get paid for it? Then this might just be the role for you. If you aren't afraid of hard work, difficult problems, and complicated solutions and you love executing then we're looking for you. Who We Are RDC is a performance based marketing firm. What does that mean? It means we only get paid when we drive results. That standard has landed us a prestigious roster, because we do the work and execute with ruthless aggression. No retainers. No hiding behind reports. No charging clients for activity that doesn't move the business. We win when our clients win, and we've built the firm around making sure that happens. We've taken clients from doing $20k a month and losing money, no one left to lend them, no place left to turn, to over 7 figures on their way to 8 figures in just 3 years. That's what we mean when we say change lives. The Role This is not an ad buyer role. We're looking for a marketer. Someone who can sit across from a founder, look at their business, and know what's actually capping their growth, whether that's creative, offers, margin, audience, funnel, or market, and then build the plan to break through it. The platforms are getting easier every quarter. AI is automating what used to take a senior buyer years to learn. What's not getting easier is the thinking. The judgment. Knowing when a brand needs more creative versus a new market, when it needs upsells versus a bigger top of funnel, when the answer is more spend versus a fix to the offer. That's the work. That's what we're hiring for. You'll own a book of DTC clients as the senior marketing mind on their account. You'll diagnose what's holding them back, build the strategy to fix it, and execute the paid media that delivers it. You'll direct creative. You'll run the client relationship as a peer to the founder. You'll push back when they're wrong, and you'll have the receipts to back up the call. If the platforms aren't your strength yet, that's fine. We'll teach you. The buying side can be learned. The marketing mind can't. What We're Looking For You think in marketing principles first and ad platforms second. You understand positioning, offer, audience, message to market fit, brand, and customer psychology. You've been in marketing long enough to have opinions backed by results, not theory. You're fluent in the unit economics of a DTC business, not just ad metrics. You can walk us through a creative pivot you led where you scrapped a dead concept and built something that worked. You have the spine to tell a client something they don't want to hear, and the track record of making them better off when you did. Bonus if you've operated brand side, built, ran, or led growth at a DTC company. Bonus if you're comfortable with attribution tools and post click optimization. The Compensation This role is built for operators who think and act like owners. Base compensation plus monthly performance bonuses tied directly to the growth of the accounts you run. The more your brands grow, the more you make. Period. This is not a senior ad buyer comp package. The ceiling is high for the people who can actually do this job.
