Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Advisor to lead marketing strategy and execution across an active real estate portfolio. This senior individual contributor role operates with a high degree of autonomy — setting direction for assigned entities, owning agency and vendor relationships end-to-end, and driving outcomes with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate brings 5-10 years of marketing experience, strong strategic instincts, and the credibility to serve as a trusted thought partner to portfolio leadership. Duties/Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Own marketing strategy for assigned entities — set direction, build plans, and drive execution across paid, organic, email, web, and events. Identify growth opportunities and bring data-backed recommendations; operate as a strategic partner to entity leadership. Define and steward brand positioning and creative direction across the portfolio. Agency & Vendor Management Own external agency and vendor relationships end-to-end — briefing, performance management, contract oversight, and budget accountability. Evaluate agency output critically; make changes when results or working relationships fall short of expectations. Coordinate across internal teams and entity stakeholders to align execution with business priorities. Digital & Website Oversee portfolio digital presence; ensure websites, landing pages, and content support conversion and reflect current brand and messaging standards. Maintain hands-on WordPress proficiency; direct updates and ensure consistency across all platforms including listing sites, ads, signage, and print. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operations Partner with Operations and Business Intelligence to connect marketing activity to business outcomes; bring a data-informed perspective to leadership conversations. Drive project clarity — set timelines, communicate proactively, and hold internal and external parties accountable to commitments. Lead marketing projects and events; serve as a senior resource for portfolio leadership on marketing strategy and execution. Maintain real estate community presence including signage condition and accuracy; coordinate repairs and cleanup in response to damage or weather events. Qualifications 5-10 years of marketing experience; portfolio, multi-brand, or real estate environment strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to own marketing strategy and drive results independently — this role sets direction, it doesn't wait for it.
Full-cycle agency management:
relationship ownership, performance accountability, and contract and budget oversight. Strong communicator and cross-functional partner; credible with senior leadership and able to influence without authority.
