Job Description Clinic 5C is a private medical practice with industry leading physicians in the world of facial plastic surgery, cosmetics, functional and regenerative medicine. With undeniable patient outcomes, Clinic 5C attracts patients from across the world who are seeking the very best results from the very best physicians! The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for driving patient acquisition, brand growth, and market positioning for Clinic 5C, a global destination for facial cosmetic surgery. You'll be responsible for marketing multiple practice areas of the business, spanning surgical cosmetic procedures, non-surgical cosmetics, regenerative medicine, and functional medicine. You'll oversee all marketing efforts, from high-level strategy to supporting day-to-day execution, ensuring a consistent, compelling brand presence while generating a steady flow of high-quality leads. You'll manage an internal marketing team with 3 members (2 social media & 1 marketing communications manager), coordinate cross-channel campaigns, and serve as a key strategic partner to our providers and owners. Key Responsibilities Develop & support the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies focused on increasing lead volume and patient acquisition Drive top-of-funnel growth by creating and optimizing campaigns that attract high-quality prospective patients Identify new channels, partnerships, & opportunities to expand reach & brand visibility Oversee & coordinate marketing efforts across social media, email marketing, blog and content marketing, public relations, print and in-clinic marketing materials Increase overall brand awareness in key markets, strengthening & maintaining a premium, trusted brand reputation Oversee messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms and patient touchpoints Monitor & manage online presence, reviews, and public perception Team Leadership & Management Lead & manage the social media team & Communication Manager, provide clear direction, priorities, and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed Maintain ownership of website content, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with current offerings Serve as a strategic partner to providers and ownership, aligning marketing efforts with individual provider goals and overall business objectives Own the Customer Relationship Management software and the sales pipelines for each business unit, keeping tabs on the report dashboards and adjusting strategy Content Creation & Delivery Strategy Guide the creation of high-quality, educational, and engaging content across platforms Translate clinical expertise and provider vision into effective marketing strategies and messaging Optimize website performance for conversion and user experience, collaborate with internal teams to update services, provider information, and messaging on site Support content that educates prospective patients and builds trust Oversee development and distribution of marketing materials, both digital and print Maintain inventory of branded materials and company swag for patient and employee engagement Track and report on key marketing metrics, including lead volume, cost per lead, and campaign performance Continuously optimize strategies based on data and insights Requirements 3-5+ years of marketing experience ( Not Required but Ideally in healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness industries) Proven track record of driving lead generation and revenue growth through multi-channel marketing Strong experience managing and executing campaigns across digital platforms (social, email, content, paid media, etc.) Experience leading and developing high-performing teams Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with providers and ownership Strong understanding of brand development, messaging & reputation management Data-driven mindset with experience tracking & optimizing marketing performance Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and pipeline-driven marketing Not Required but
