- Full-time About Us We are a small, growing e-commerce brand based in Rexburg.
We've created some great, fun products and a loyal customer base, and now we are looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to take over the day-to-day operations and scale our digital growth. We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who can act as both our lead marketing strategist and our Chief Growth Officer . You will inherit a small, talented team, and your job will be to coordinate their efforts, optimize our advertising, and drive revenue and growth. You are the bridge between data-driven marketing and high-quality creative execution. We need someone who can manage our Facebook/Shopify/Google Analytics dashboard, the website, script the right video ad, and launch the campaign.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Operations:
Manage and mentor our small, agile team. You will set KPIs, streamline workflows, and ensure everyone is aligned on growth goals.
Growth & Customer Acquisition:
Own the marketing strategy across paid acquisition (Meta, Etsy Amazon, YouTube, TikTok), organic social, and email/SMS marketing (Klaviyo). Website & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Keep our storefront optimized. You should understand how to lift conversion rates, improve average order value (AOV), and make layout or copy updates to the site.
Creative Direction:
Oversee our brand's visual identity. While you have a team to help, you should have a sharp eye for high-converting photography, videography, and hook-driven social content. Stay current with industry trends in content marketing, SEO best practices, e-commerce strategies, and emerging digital tools to keep our brand ahead of the curve. Lead the creation of engaging multimedia content including videos, photography, graphics, blog posts, and social media assets. What We Are Looking For (Ideal Qualifications)
E-commerce Track Record:
Proven experience growing a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brand (Shopify experience is highly preferred).
The Hybrid Skillset:
You understand data (CAC, LTV, ROAS) but you also understand creative. You know what a good product photo looks like and how a TikTok ad should be paced.
Tech Literacy:
Familiarity with modern e-commerce tools (Email tools like Klaviyo, Canva, Shopify, basic
HTML/CSS
is a plus, and analytics suites).
People Management:
Experience managing at least a small team of creatives, specialists, or virtual assistants.
