Head of Marketing - Chicago A highly regarded advisory firm operating within a specialized area of financial services is seeking a Head of Marketing to build and lead a modern, scalable marketing function. This is a senior, high-impact role focused on driving market visibility, strengthening brand positioning, and supporting revenue generation across a relationship-driven business. The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on outbound engagement, digital performance, and thought leadership. You will design and execute targeted campaigns to generate qualified opportunities, leveraging data tools, and personalized outreach to engage senior decision-makers. A key focus of the role will be enhancing digital presence, including oversight of website performance, content structure, and organic growth initiatives. You will also lead forward-looking strategies around search visibility and emerging discovery channels, ensuring the firm remains competitive in an evolving digital landscape. In parallel, you will develop and manage a consistent thought leadership program, producing insights, publications, and events that reinforce the firm's expertise and credibility within its core markets. This role partners closely with senior stakeholders, aligning marketing efforts with commercial priorities and growth objectives. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in B2B marketing within professional services, financial services, or a similarly complex environment.
