Job Description:
Brand Strategy Lead Key Responsibilitie sDevelop and oversee the organization's brand strategy, including market positioning, value proposition, and overall brand narrative .Drive brand messaging and storytelling to clearly communicate the company's identity, target audiences, and market presence .Lead market, customer, and competitive research efforts, designing and managing research initiatives as needed to inform branding and go-to-market decisions while validating or challenging existing assumptions .Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and executive teams to align brand strategy with business objectives, growth initiatives, and revenue goals .Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies for product launches, market expansions, and new brand programs .Translate strategic insights into practical frameworks, tools, and guidance that teams can implement effectively .Maintain consistency across all brand interactions and customer touchpoints as the organization grows .Create, refine, and manage brand standards, ensuring they evolve alongside the business .Deepen understanding of customers and buyers to strengthen positioning, messaging, and overall market relevance .Deliver strategic recommendations and insights to senior leadership with clarity and confidence . Qualificatio ns10+ years of experience in brand strategy within an in-house corporate environmen t.

Demonstrated success developing, launching, repositioning, or scaling brands through periods of growth or transformatio n.

Experience working in B2B, B2C, or blended business models where brand strategy directly supports business performance and revenue generatio n.

Proven ability to partner effectively with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across creative, marketing, sales, and product function s.
