A day in the life as a Vice President, Marketing… + Create and lead a social-first marketing and brand strategy focused on driving customer file, revenue and ROAS across all channels through compelling content and execution, from seasonal launches to collaborations to core product to promotions + Develop best in class digital, mobile, social, and influencer strategies and execution + Work in close partnership with the creative team to develop effective concepts designed to clearly articulate strategic communication objectives and carry concepts through development, refinement of direction, and full production of the project's design + Collaborate with business teams to deeply understand existing and new customer opportunities and performance + Share insights with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs, build deeper brand awareness, and support brand sales and margin goals + Partner with internal teams to monitor, evaluate and adjust marketing decisions using customer analytics that measure outcomes and assess quantifiable metrics and return on investment + Develop and lead strategy and execution of Growth Strategies (Wedding Registry, Trade, Baby Registry, Design Services) and loyalty program across marketing as well as the cross functional team to meet or exceed growth objectives + Lead channel execution of marketing ideas across ecommerce/app content modules/homepage as well as store signage + Lead Marketing Operations, efficiently managing project intake and processes across marketing and creative + Build high integrity, scalable processes to efficiently prioritize and deliver quality outputs that enhance customer experience and maximize company revenue and profitability + Lead innovative and impactful marketing campaigns through traditional and emerging channels + Conceive PR programs leveraging data-driven insights (including SEO ) that successfully drive CB2's impressions as well as the quality of our coverage against brand and design innovation; successfully leverage PR and content big ideas across the entire brand from social to stores to ecommerce What you'll bring to the table… + Ability to prioritize, conceptualize, organize and problem solve, with an insatiable drive to make things better + Comfort being both strategic and hands-on to build and deliver results without heavy agency reliance + Strength in leveraging data for insights and driving to performance metrics + Collaborative mindset and d emonstrated strength in leading across functional lines and departments + Confident, humble, giving and gracious leader with strong presence and ability to motivate, inspire, influence, recruit and coach across internal teams, media, and high-profile collaborators + A prolific generator of ideas with a willingness to experiment in a measurable way We'd love to hear from you if you have… + 15+ years of broad marketing leadership experience + Experience with SEO , SEM and tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, as well as marketing tech stack knowledge + Experience in small to mid-sized entrepreneurial companies or start-ups is preferred + Experience leading brand management, marketing communications, and insights; and working in or directing product development/innovation teams Euromarket Designs, Inc., which does business as Crate and Barrel and CB2, will be referred to as "the Company".
