Adam Zayed founded Zayed Law Offices in 2009 with the intention of re-writing the standard for personal injury representation. Adam has worked to represent his clients with conviction in court and compassion in the office. Zayed Law Offices has the goal of growing nation-wide and becoming a family trusted name in personal injury. Your role is an important part of realizing this dream and representing clients in a time when they are hurting and need support. Position Overview The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will play a critical role in developing and implementing the marketing strategy of Zayed Law Offices. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CMO will oversee all marketing operations, brand management, business development, customer acquisition, and digital initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing, brand development, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives. Identify and assess new marketing opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Collaborate with the executive team to set strategic priorities and goals for marketing initiatives. Brand Management Oversee the development and management of the company's brand identity and positioning. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints. Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and equity. Digital Marketing Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and sales. Oversee the management of the company's website, social media presence, and digital advertising campaigns. Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and optimize performance. Customer Engagement Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Utilize customer insights and market research to inform marketing strategies and decisions. Product Marketing and Business Development Collaborate with the product development team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services. Oversee the development of product messaging, positioning, and promotional materials. Ensure successful product launches and ongoing product marketing efforts. Create strategies to sell new products to other firms, attend conventions, and increase brand recognition Work with Business Development team to build materials on new products and services Create market strategies for each new area we are developing in and reports on KPIs Public Relations and Communications Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the company's visibility and reputation. Oversee the management of media relations, including press releases, media inquiries, and crisis communication. Ensure effective communication of the company's mission, vision, and values to external audiences. Team Leadership and Development Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, business development team, and intake team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Promote collaboration and effective communication within the marketing team and across the organization. Identify and address training and development needs within the marketing team. Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media. Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing matters with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate the company's marketing vision, strategy, and performance to the executive team and board of directors.
Qualifications and Experience Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant professional certification is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience with a law firm is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities. Proven track record of driving marketing success and achieving business growth. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and customer engagement. Ability to navigate complex marketing environments and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation platforms).
