Role Description:
Solutions & Product Marketing Strategy + Lead the development and execution of product and solutions marketing strategy aligned to SHI's business objectives and growth priorities. + Define market positioning, personas, and differentiated value propositions for SHI's solutions, services, and key partner offerings. + Differentiate SHI in the market by emphasizing unique value propositions and business outcomes. + Translate complex technical capabilities into business outcomes ( TCO , risk reduction, uptime, compliance, scalability) that resonate with CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, and procurement leaders. + Create a consistent storytelling framework (problem-solution-outcome) that ties product features to measurable customer value across buying stages. Go-To-Market and Demand Alignment + Own go-to-market planning for new and existing solutions, including launches, campaigns, and lifecycle optimization. + Partner with sales, services, and partner teams to ensure alignment on target markets, use cases, and solution narratives. + Drive consistency and clarity across all customer-facing materials and channels. + Collaborate with demand generation to build campaigns that drive pipeline for strategic solutions. Market Intelligence and Voice of the Customer + Lead Voice of the Customer programs with enterprise IT leaders, security professionals, and data center architects to inform messaging, content, and roadmap. + Maintain competitive intelligence to defend differentiators and identify white space opportunities in the data center market. + Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to keep a pulse on the landscape and help different teams (e.g. Product, GTM ) act on emerging trends, market shifts, industry news/events, competitive threats, and unmet customer needs Storytelling, Content, and Enablement + Build and support scalable sales enablement strategies, including messaging frameworks, pitch decks, battlecards, solution playbooks, and competitive insights. + Ensure sellers and solution teams are confident communicating SHI's value in every stage of the buyer's journey. + Serve as a strategic advisor to sales leadership on market trends, buyer behavior, and competitive dynamics. + Create and maintain a dynamic content library: messaging docs, battlecards, deck templates, one-pagers, battle-ready presentations, and demos. + Support advocacy programs with case studies and customer success stories. Leadership & Team Development + Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing solutions and product marketing team. + Establish clear priorities, operating rhythms, and performance metrics to drive impact and accountability. + Foster a culture of customer obsession, strategic thinking, and execution excellence.Performance Metrics:
