Description:
Position Summary The purpose of the Corporate Gift Officer is to maintain and grow current corporate partnerships across Indianapolis and Anderson. This position reports to the Vice President of Development and Communications. This position is an integral part of the Development Team and will successfully raise funds to empower teens to achieve excellence in community, college, and career. This position will also collaborate with other staff members on activities designed to enhance and support the overall mission of TeenWorks. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of Indianapolis and Anderson corporate donors Research and develop new corporate and third-party relationships in Anderson and Indianapolis Manage the Indianapolis Community Impact Committee (CIC) Engage and manage corporate and individual volunteers Assist with Futures Breakfast planning, logistics, and stewardship Serve as staff leader for one event per calendar year Data management as it relates to your portfolio Success Indicators Highly motivated to meet and exceed fundraising goals Strong attention to detail and highly organized Comfortable in settings where networking is required Clearly communicates the mission and vision of the organization verbally and written
Requirements:
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Some non-profit experience is a plus Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft, Canva, and Salesforce a plus Entrepreneurial spirit
