The company's success is admirable. Now it is time for its new Head of Marketing / Customer Acquisition to join and continue the company's tremendous growth. As a member of the company's Executive team, you will report into the CEO and play a critical role in ensuring the continued growth and success of the company. The Head of Marketing / Customer Acquisition is the strategic architect of the company's growth engine, with primary responsibility for designing and executing a sophisticated, multi-channel acquisition strategy. This role blends precision in digital marketing with high-touch brand positioning to scale a high-quality sales funnel. You will manage a specialized team and a multi-million-dollar budget, leveraging data, analytics, and emerging AI-driven search behaviors to ensure the company maintains a dominant market position and drives profitable, sustainable growth.
Primary responsibilities include:
Own and execute the full-funnel digital acquisition strategy, including hands-on leadership of SEM (Paid Search) and SEO initiatives tailored to luxury or high-ticket services Optimize for emerging AI-driven search behaviors, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), to ensure brand visibility and authority in evolving discovery environments Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with premium brands to generate high-quality referral channels Collaborate with PR teams and agencies to enhance brand authority, increase share of voice, and secure placement in top-tier media and industry publications Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and data-driven decision making Manage a multi-million-dollar acquisition budget with full ownership of performance metrics, including CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), and channel attribution Develop and implement scalable acquisition strategies that align with company growth targets and brand positioning within the luxury market Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels to improve efficiency and conversion rates Requirements 10+ years of experience in growth marketing or customer acquisition at forward thinking companies BA/BS degree required ; MBA or related master's degree nice to have AI-mindset with examples of how you have built AI tools to increase productivity that have yielded demonstrable outcomes Demonstrated success scaling digital acquisition channels and managing large marketing budgets Proven record of driving measurable growth in competitive, premium markets Experience leading and developing high-performing teams Notable previous career "wins" evidenced by successful long career tenure in data driven, strategic, customer acquisition type roles at other fast-growing companies Preference for candidates who have recent tenure at smaller entrepreneurial companies but might have worked for larger companies earlier in their career Strong analytical mindset, leveraging data to guide forecasting, strategic planning, and continuous performance improvement Applicants must live within commuting distance to Boston, MA and not require any sponsorship.
