$180,000-$220,000 base plus performance bonus and equity.
Position Overview:
The Vice President of Marketing will spearhead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for a consumer electronics brand experiencing rapid expansion. This role will own the customer journey from awareness to loyalty, leveraging data, creativity, and leadership to build an iconic brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement the marketing vision, roadmap, and team structure. Drive digital, brand, and product marketing initiatives across all channels. Lead performance marketing, SEO/SEM, PR, and influencer strategies. Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership to align goals. Optimize budget allocation and performance metrics to scale growth efficiently. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role. Background in consumer electronics, consumer tech, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in scaling DTC and retail marketing efforts. Strong analytical, strategic, and creative skills with an ROI-focused mindset.
