Build scalable marketing systems, campaigns, and processes across multiple markets. Oversee digital marketing, paid media, SEO, content, email, social media, creative, and local marketing support. Create and manage campaigns that drive awareness, leads, conversions, and customer growth. Support franchisees with practical local marketing plans, tools, templates, and vendor guidance. Track and report on lead flow, conversion rates, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, marketing ROI, and campaign performance. Manage marketing vendors, agencies, freelancers, and internal team members. Improve the customer journey from first impression through purchase. Partner with operations, development, technology, and leadership to align marketing efforts with company goals. Test, measure, improve, and scale what works. Protect brand standards while helping local markets win. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is creative, analytical, direct, organized, and accountable.
The ideal candidate has:
VP Marketing, Director of Marketing, Head of Marketing, or senior marketing leadership experience. Experience in franchising, multi-unit, service-based, local-market, or fast-growth companies preferred. Experience building scalable marketing systems, not just one-off campaigns. Ability to support both national brand strategy and local market execution. Strong vendor management experience. Ability to turn marketing data into clear, useful insights for leadership and operators. Experience managing budgets and connecting marketing spend to measurable outcomes. Strong writing, messaging, positioning, and creative judgment. Comfort working directly with founders, executives, franchisees, and operators. High urgency, strong ownership, and a willingness to inspect the details. Who Will Succeed Here You will succeed in this role if you are a builder who knows how to turn marketing into a measurable growth engine. This role is a strong fit for someone who: Can balance brand building with direct response marketing. Knows that good marketing must look great and perform. Is willing to challenge assumptions and test new ideas. Understands local-market execution and the realities of working with operators. Can create structure without slowing momentum. Is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and solve problems directly. Cares about results, not vanity metrics. Can move between strategy, creative, analytics, and execution.
