The Vice President of Marketing Strategy is responsible for defining and leading the overarching marketing strategy for Caesars Entertainment's Las Vegas portfolio. This role owns the development of market-level strategies across eight properties, including competitive positioning, customer segmentation, reinvestment strategy, and cross-property optimization. This leader partners across property teams and enterprise functions to drive profitable growth, maximize customer value, and strengthen Caesars' competitive position in one of the world's most dynamic gaming and hospitality markets. Market & Portfolio Strategy Define and lead the integrated marketing strategy for Caesars' Las Vegas portfolio, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities and market opportunities Establish portfolio-level strategies that optimize the positioning, role, and performance of each property within the market Continuously assess the competitive landscape and develop strategic responses to drive market share and profitability Customer & Revenue Strategy Oversee customer segmentation, reinvestment strategy, and worth-based marketing approaches to maximize return on marketing investment Partner on the development and activation of Caesars Rewards and loyalty-driven growth strategies in-market Define acquisition, retention, and cross-property migration strategies to increase trip frequency, spend, and lifetime value Partner closely with Casino Marketing and hosted-player teams to drive high-value customer visitation across the Las Vegas portfolio, ensuring alignment on player development strategy and market-level prioritization of hosted guests Planning & Performance Ownership Lead the development of annual marketing strategies, plans, and budgets across all Las Vegas properties Own performance outcomes tied to marketing effectiveness, including revenue growth, ROI, and customer metrics Establish frameworks, KPIs, and reporting to drive accountability and continuous optimization Campaign & Channel Integration Set strategic direction for integrated campaigns across brand, digital, CRM, PR, and on-property channels Ensure consistency of messaging and execution across all guest touchpoints Identify opportunities to enhance personalization, targeting, and channel effectiveness Innovation & Growth Initiatives Drive a test-and-learn culture across the portfolio, advancing new marketing approaches, technologies, and channels Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and guest experiences that drive incremental demand Champion the evolution of data-driven and personalized marketing capabilities Enterprise Initiatives & Collaboration Contribute to enterprise-wide marketing initiatives, representing the Las Vegas market in the development and execution of national strategies and programs Partner with corporate and regional teams to inform broader business development priorities (BDPs), national promotions, and enterprise campaigns Share market insights, best practices, and performance learnings across the organization to elevate overall marketing effectiveness Support enterprise priorities and ensuring strong alignment between Las Vegas and broader company objectives Leadership & Collaboration Lead, influence, and elevate marketing teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture Establish best practices, standards, and strategic discipline across the organization Serve as a key partner to property leadership, finance, operations, and enterprise marketing teams Governance & Compliance Ensure all marketing activities align with regulatory requirements and company policies Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and responsible marketing practices WHAT YOU WILL NEED
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in multi-unit, high-volume consumer businesses Experience in gaming, hospitality, loyalty-driven, or similar industries strongly preferred Proven ability to lead large-scale marketing strategies tied directly to revenue and profitability outcomes Deep understanding of customer segmentation, database marketing, and ROI-driven decision making Demonstrated success managing complex organizations and influencing across multiple stakeholders Strong financial acumen and experience managing significant marketing budgets ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
