The successful applicant will ideally:
Support the development, design and distribution of school communications, publications and promotional materials Support the development and implementation of the school's marketing plan. Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the school's public profile, including website content and social media updates. Support the creation of publications including the Annual Report, Strategic Plan, Yearbook, school prospectus, student and staff handbooks and other documentations to enhance the school's procedures and image. Ensure that departmental policies and guidelines are adhered to while assisting with editing and sub-editing publications and news media communications. Undertake the preparation and formatting of communications, reports, newsletters, promotional materials and other documentations. Provide administrative and promotional support for events, projects and school initiatives. Liaise with staff, families, students and external stakeholders in a professional and customer-focused manner. Support the efficient operation of the front office and Corporate Services team when required. Work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic school environment. This role is suited to someone who enjoys variety, displays initiative, and can balance creativity with accuracy and attention to detail. The role may require after-hours work at events, negotiated compensation for time will be considered. Want to know more?
