A Lebanese Grill. Built on a foundation of quality, hospitality, and great guest experiences, we support our restaurants and the people who power them by creating a workplace focused on teamwork, growth, and consistency across every location. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, exceptionally organized, and detail oriented. This position focuses on marketing and communications across the restaurant group and requires someone who is hands-on and can start immediately. Key Responsibilities Assist in the creation and execution of standing marketing campaigns Create and maintain internal documents and projects Manage and maintain Marketing Portal for restaurant locations Fulfill print marketing requests from restaurants, office, and partners Track and communicate product inventory Required Knowledge and/or Experience Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Microsoft Office with a strong, working knowledge of Word and Excel Canva experience is required; Adobe InDesign experience is preferred but not required Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested Experience with data entry, proofreading, and editing documents Administrative experience, preferably in a similar environment Strong organizational and planning skills Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Available to start as soon as possible Position Details Part-time, hourly position In-person role Monday's (required), Wednesday's, and Friday's Fast-paced, collaborative environment
